Alexandria Restaurant Week Begins Today, Friday, August 22nd & Save-the-Dates for September!

Hotel AKA Alexandria’s a.lounge+bar (625 First St.) offers Mid-Atlantic inspired cuisine in an elegant space. Select your choice of one starter, one main, and one dessert for $50 per person. Try roasted sweet corn chowder, wild mushroom and summer squash tart, and lemon thyme panna cotta. Pair your meal with a top shelf cocktail or one of the wine by the bottle specials from Il Molinio Di Grace winery.

Enjoy Restaurant Week with a view at Jula’s on the Potomac (44 Canal Center Plaza). Enjoy a three-course prix fixe dinner for $50 per person in the dining room, on the terrace, or in the bar & lounge. Selections include a grilled shrimp and watermelon salad, cedar roasted branzino, and citrus olive oil cake. Jula’s also offers three-course prix fixe brunch or lunch for $35.

Grab a cozy booth at Royal Restaurant (730 N. Saint Asaph St.) and feast on your choice of one starter, one main, and one dessert for $40 per person. Selections include tomato & peach toast on crispy ciabatta, roasted lamb barbacoa, and a Royal banana split.

No problem.  You can still take advantage of Restaurant Week specials at many of Alexandria’s fast casual restaurants including St. Elmo’s Old Town North (529 Montgomery St.) where you can enjoy a slice of your choice of homemade quiche with a 16 ounce hot or iced coffee for $9.99.
